The MST has started in the college, and they are a piece of shit. Nothing as applications comes in this. I had my Computer programming paper, and what they asked? What is the difference between a compiler and interpreter? What is function? etc.
Programming was rare to be seen. I expected some logic and algorithm to be asked, but no. SYNTAX and THEORY are the selling points of a computer engineer, according to Thapar! Why god! Why Thapar. Every day is a torture.
Maths paper was like a xerox of the assignments given. No logic needed again. The students are happy as they can easily get good marks, because all they need to do is mug up.
Now, the least they could have done for us was to give a few(nearly 2-3) holidays after the papers. But no! The papers are over on 26 and Voila! 27 we have our lectures. That too from morning 8:00.
No life in the campus. Students studying till 1:00 just because exams are going on means that no one actually wants to gain knowledge. All they want is a good CGPA. Guys, CG is not the benchmark of intelligence. My opinion is that we should all study for knowledge, probably marks won't follow. But owing to the relative grading, we will all fare out fell!
